1. Information we collect
We collect data you provide directly when booking appointments or requesting quotes. This includes name, email address, phone number, and vehicle details. We do not collect more than what's needed to schedule, complete, and follow up on your service.
2. How we use your information
Dagger Shine uses the information you give us to provide detailing services, process payments, and send service reminders or promotional offers tied to your relationship with us. Your information is used by Dagger Shine; it is not sold.
3. SMS communications (A2P compliance)
Customers who opt in receive text messages for appointment-related purposes — quotes, confirmations, reminders, and reschedule prompts.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can cancel anytime by texting STOP to 757·914·8142. After we receive your opt-out, you'll get one final confirmation message, and we will not send further SMS unless you opt back in.
4. Data security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information — including secure storage of contact records and limiting access to staff who need it to deliver service.
Terms of Service
1. Services provided
Dagger Shine provides automotive detailing and pressure-washing services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that poses a health or safety risk to our staff, including but not limited to biohazards, pest infestations, or structurally unsafe conditions.
2. Cancellations & rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50. Same-day reschedules due to weather are free of charge.
3. SMS terms & conditions
By opting in, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Dagger Shine LLC. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

4. Limitation of liability
Dagger Shine is not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues unrelated to the detailing process. We perform a walk-around inspection on arrival and document any prior cosmetic or mechanical concerns before work begins.
